    WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING……

I wish I would’ve had this workshop before we started GAPS!

“I just want to thank you for such an amazing workshop yesterday! I wish I would’ve had it before we started GAPS but Bekah and I are both super excited to expand our world of eating. I was very inspired by all you presented yesterday!”

I’ve already tried the pancakes (which the kids loved – hehehe, they had no idea there was squash in it!)

“I just wanted to let you know how much I loved attending your GAPS seminar. It was sooo informative. I know there was a lot to cover, but I’m so glad that you guys demonstrated how to prepare quite a few recipes to give us a good start. It was so encouraging and made it seem possible to at least start using GAPS recipes. I’ve already tried the pancakes (which the kids loved – hehehe, they had no idea there was squash in it!)”
