    Thanks so much for your response and even more thanks for the website to order things. I’ll definitely give them a try for the kefir. Do you, by chance, know where you could find a scobie to start kombucha?

    Unfortunately, I’m not close enough to you all to come pick something up….I’m in southern Ontario, close to Niagara Falls…so that’s a little far to travel…:-) I’m really loving your all’s site…..so glad I heard your interview on CBC radio!
